On March 1st, during a "School Spirit Day" at Perry High School in Gilbert, Arizona, there was an altercation involving students wearing pro-Trump clothing and carrying a "Make America Great Again Banner." The students were ordered to leave, and one who refused was suspended.
They claim it was for their political beliefs. School officials claimed that they were disruptive.
On March 5th, 26 Republican lawmakers wrote a letter to the Arizona Attorney General asking him to investigate the incident, to see if the school was suspending students for unpopular politicalopinions, and there was a "Freedom of Speech" rally outside the school, with Arizona Representative Kelly Townsend leading the protests.
On March 11th, printed stickers with anti-semitic and white surpremacist messages were found near the school, apparently in a show of solidarity, assuming that pro-Trump means pro-white supremacist.
I can't imagine that being pro-Trump is an unpopular political opinion in Gilbert, Arizona, a wealthy suburb of Phoenix: median household income $100,000, 81% white, mostly Republican, mostly Mormon: It boasts 18 LDS churches and a brand-new Temple, and in 2016, long-time mayor John Davis resigned to become a Mormon missionary.
Gilbert has a Muslim Center, but the nearest synagogue is Temple Beth Sholom in Chandler, 6 miles away. The nearest gay bar is in Phoenix, 17 miles away.

Perry High is one of five high schools in Gilbert, established in 2007. The Freedom Life Church meets in the building, and there are five other churches within a five blocks (Hope, Oasis, and three LDS).
I couldn't find the student clubs: you have to click on "Information for Students," then "Other," then "Clubs," but the link is broken, and just googling "Perry High Gilbert Arizona gay students" yields Sarah Gilbert, the former star of
Roseanne. But I'm going to assume that there's no gay group.
I was wondering why the same guy (blond hair, glasses) appears in so many photos: swim team, wrestling team, selfie, MAGA rally. Turns out that there are two of him.
