What do Moose Javians do on Saturday Night?

Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, "Canada's Most Notorious City," has nothing to do with moose jaws.  It is an Anglicization of the Cree word for "warm breeze."

Why is it notorious?  According the director of the Moose Jaw Tourist Board:
